An Tour Tan Web Media is a Limited company (SAS social status) with a capital of 51 000 € found in January 2007. It has been build over the 8 years experience of An Tour Tan association and Web site. The development speed up of new means for audiovisual contents diffusion has allowed the creation of this Web-TV to the benefit of the promotion of regional industrial, commercial and tourist companies and developments of its cultural inheritance and actors.

An Tour Tan has been among the first Web sites to propose encoding and on line or differed diffusion of video since February 1999 during the event "Cyber Fest Noz" (Breton traditional concert broadcasted in real time over Internet; 180 000 Net surfers attended the 9th edition in Sept 2007 at Paris). Video production will be made in HD technology.
